Our shipping rates are as follows: 

• FREE SHIPPING Australia Wide for orders >$150
•  

  Standard orders under $150, postage is $8.50

We post using Regular Post Satchels (Australia Post).

All orders are shipped within 48 hours unless notified to inform you otherwise. If you have not received an order within 10 days, please notify us by email at info@pregfit.com.au or phone 0430 366 530

Return Policy

PREGFIT prides itself on offering only the highest quality products that have been individually assessed for quality and workmanship before being added to our website. We’re confident you’ll LOVE what you receive.

However, if for any reason at all, you are unsatisfied with your purchase we also happily offer a quick, easy, no fuss exchange/returns policy.

1) Exchange:
Not the right colour/size, or decided you’d like to try a different style instead? No problem!...
Just email us at info@pregfit.com.au or phone directly on 0430 366 530. Let us know you’re preferred item, we’ll confirm that we have it in stock, and will put it on ‘hold’ for you straight away (so you don’t miss out). As soon as we receive your unwanted item back in original condition (within 14 days of the invoice date) we will post your new item straight away. We will contact you to confirm your exchange has been processed.

2) Returns:
Not quite what you thought it would be, and you’d prefer a refund? Easy!...

PREGFIT will gladly refund for any unwanted purchases. Just return your unused item in original condition within 14 days of the invoice date. We will contact you when the item arrives to confirm your refund has been processed.

Please note:

• We cannot be responsible for lost mail. You may choose to post using a secure, traceable method to ensure delivery.

• All customers are responsible for the postage cost of returning items. We will then happily post any exchanged items – FREE of charge (Regular Australia Post).

• It is imperative that all items returned/exchanged are in ORIGINAL, UNUSED condition. They must still have their original tags and packaging with no perfume, marks or signs of wear. This is up to the discretion of PREGFIT, and we will contact you if we are unable to accept your returned items.

• Please ensure that you try on swimwear over your underwear. Otherwise, we cannot except returns/exchange.

• If the item is deemed faulty on arrival please contact us straight away (within 7 days) on info@pregfit.com.au or call 0430 366 530 to arrange inspection of the item. If approved, postage costs incurred will be reimbursed upon finalising a replacement garment. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
